Two of these days, Yoga, Strength training for two days and one day remains reserved for cardio. Strength training is divided into two parts. Shilpa's Diet Plan

Shilpa Shetty consumes 1800 calories a day. His day starts with Amla and Aloe vera juice. Together they do not forget to take carbohydrate with low glycemic index. They use olive oil in cooking. Shilpa is mostly non-vegetarian food. After yoga and exercise, Shilpa likes to take protein shake. They control food for six days a week, and go out one day to eat food from the restaurant. They do not take snacks while eating, because they believe that this increases calorie intake.

After workout: protein shake, 2 dates, 8 sesame
In the Lunch: a roti (made from five different types of grain flour), chicken, lentils, refined oil made in ghee
Afternoon: a cup of green tea
Evening: Soya Milk
At night: apples and salads
